This broad spectrum formula helps me with sleeping more soundly and being far less anxious. Being of a certain age with more activity related aches has been a challenge until I started with the half dropper dose right before bed. I'm far less prone to losing focus due to anxiety or aches when I take this regularly. Stuff's not cheap, but their sales and rewards program have my loyalty. If you find yourself being overwhelmed or just incredibly irritated at work on a regular basis, this stuff is for you. When I use this as directed, things that would typically get under my skin just do not seem to bother me. The big tell for me is when my wife points out how shocked she is when I don't get mad when certain things occur. Things like: people cutting me off in traffic, people being rude, or just things that don't go as planned and cause an issue that would normally have me fuming. Clearly I tend to be a high strung individual, but this has helped me stay calm in otherwise very irritating situations.

This product is a life saver!! I suffer from chronic pain and because of that pain, sleep is difficult. This CBD oil helps with both of those things. But it doesn’t make you actually drowsy or anything. No adverse side effects at all. Love the new broad spectrum!! I personally like that I can taste the CBD more than before. I use a half dropper on nights when I’m feeling wired or anxious.
