I have tried this already a handful of times at different times throughout the day and during the day it never made me sleepy but I did feel calm. On this product I love using it before I go sleep about 15-30mins before. A big factor for me as well beside going to sleep is post training. I use it on my shakes with some blueberries, bananas, oat milk, turmeric, and a scoop of protein powder with omega 3,6 & 9. The combo with this 2000mg tincture is by far the best! This tincture is amazing!! With all the stress of Covid and students being hybrid, virtual, or in person my anxiety at times is at a breaking point. I take this oil and in a few minutes I feel the difference. Not a bad taste either. Will definitely keep purchasing.

Bought this as I wanted to up the dosage of the liquid I was taking. Unlike the one I used previously, I love the fact that this one has no awful taste or odor (this is a plus for me)! I guess it's doing its job because I do feel a little bit less stressed but keep in mind I only use a quarter dropper at a time...just enough to calm me. Affordable compare to other places. Fast shipping. I will definitely buy again.
